Placing your order:
  • To order equipment, please fill out your form completely, make a copy for your records, and return the original to CR Production Group with payment.

  • Payment can be made in advance via check, Visa or Mastercard. Tax-exempt organizations must submit a copy of exempt certificate for jurisdiction where equipment is to be used.

  • Prices are for show dates only. Delivery, pickup and installation are extra. Although prices apply to show dates only, we strongly recommend that installation be scheduled as late as possible during move-in for security reasons. Your on-site contact must be on hand to receive the equipment. Additional labor may apply where union labor and/or large equipment or multiple units are rented. Please contact customer service for details when ordering. In venues where union participation is necessary, delivery and pickup times may vary depending upon availability of laborers. Every attempt will be made to honor requested delivery and pick up times, but these specific times are not guaranteed.

  • There is cut-off date for placing orders for each event. It is generally one week prior to the date of exhibitor set up. Although we do our best to accomodate on-site orders, we may not be able to accomodate your specific requirements after this date. See your order form for your specific cut-off date.

  • A confirmation number is required to confirm your order. Your confirmation number is your order number in our system. It is helpful if you have your confirmation number available to confirm that you have placed your order with us.

  • Cancellations will not be accepted on or after the date of delivery.

  • We welcome fax orders with credit card payments.
