Our detailed services include:Creative Production: Our management team will coordinate with you to develop your current theme as it pertains to all scheduled events. We will provide, arrange, and develop contracts with other vendors in support of your theme. We will also provide staff to attend all appropriate meetings. Site Inspection: We will meet with you and facility staff for an on-site inspection of the hosting facility to discuss all necessary aspects of the above-mentioned services. Budget Oversight: We will produce an itemized budget for your event, relating to all applicable services. Integration Plan: We will provide equipment lists, schedules, and quality standards for all applicable services. Also, we review all contracts and agreements made with vendors, and produce RFQs as appropriate. Facility Management: We will provide scheduling and set up design for scheduled events. We will also act as a point of contact for the hosting facility in terms of producing room diagrams and set up schedules. Speaker/Talent Management: We will be the point of contact for the speaker(s) and other talent as they relate to audio visual production. |

Attendance TrackingThe Expo barcode reader scans barcodes on attendee badges so you can track which of your conference guests attended which sessions. Multiple units can be placed at entrances to conference rooms to scan badges as attendees enter their sessions. |
